On October 1, 2015, LAWPOA’s Board of Directors attended the Los Angeles Police Department’s 2015 Above & Beyond Medal of Valor and Purple Heart Awards Ceremony.
Hosted by the Los Angeles Police Foundation, this day of honorable recognition, paid tribute to 25 well-deserved police officers who displayed exceptional acts of bravery, courage, and dedication in the line of duty.
