President’s Message
LAWPOA is more than an association. It is a family where women are supported, empowered, and reminded that they belong at every rank and in every room where decisions are made. While our mission is rooted in empowering women in law enforcement, we proudly welcome the men who stand with us and the civilian professional staff who serve alongside us.
When one of us rises, we all rise.
We stand on the ground paved by incredible women before us. Women who led with courage, opened doors that were once closed, and made space for the rest of us to walk through with confidence and purpose.
Because of them, we are here.
Now it is our turn to continue to build upon this very foundation with the same courage and resilience that brought us here.
I invite each of you to share your unique stories and be part of our proud and growing legacy. The strength of LAWPOA is not found in one voice. It is found in all of us, rising together and contributing to a legacy of strength and meaning that lasts beyond our titles and beyond our own names.
