A Los Angeles native and UCLA graduate, Anne-Marie Johnson continues to have a very busy career on television and in major motion pictures.

Ms. Johnson starred in several successful television series, including, “In The Heat of the Night,” “What’s Happening Now,” “In Living Color,” “Melrose Place,” etc.

For five seasons she portrayed Congresswoman “Bobbie Latham” on CBS’s hit military drama “JAG,” followed with appearing as “Sharon Upton Farley” on the hit WB comedy “Girlfriends.”  Anne-Marie starred as “Donna Cabonna” on the Disney Channels hit television series, “That’s So Raven” and had a recurring role on Tyler Perry’s TBS hit sitcom, “House Of Payne.” 

Anne-Marie has guest starred in multiple hit shows including “Leverage,” “Fairly Legal,” “N.C.I.S.,” “Boston Legal,” “Bones,” just to name a few.  Her recent feature credits include “About Fifty” and soon to be released, “Knock Em Dead.”  In 2014, Ms. Johnson will be seen in several new projects including Steve Bochco’s new TNT series, “Murder In The First,” and ABC Family’s “Chasing Life.”

Ms. Johnson’s feature credits include “Hollywood Shuffle,” “Strictly Business,” “Imo Git U Sucka,” “True Identity,” “Down in the Delta,” “Pursuit of Happiness,” “Legacy Of A Hit Man,” and “L.A. Riots Spectacular.” 


Anne-Marie represented the Screen Actors Guild as a national board member from 1997 to 2013.  During those years she also served as the Guilds’ first vice president for 4 terms.

Ms. Johnson currently sits as co-chair and parliamentarian of her neighborhood council. 

She is also the proud daughter of retired schoolteacher Ann C. Johnson (deceased 2005) and retired Los Angeles Police Sergeant Joseph P. Johnson (deceased 1987).  Ms. Johnson has been a player in the Los Angeles Police Department Memorial Foundation Golf Tournament for 11 years.  Anne-Marie has been married since 1996.
